The brief was to create a modern home that still felt connected to its surroundings, combining strong architectural details with high-quality finishes throughout.

Our Approach

This was a full new build, delivered from the ground up. We worked closely with the clients from early stages through to completion, shaping the layout, finishes, and key details as the build progressed.

Natural slate roof for durability and long-term finish.
False chimneys and fireplace to create a central feature without impacting energy performance.
Cornicing throughout to frame ceilings and walls.

A completed new build, finished and ready for the clients to move into. The house brings together a clean layout, strong thermal performance, and a consistent level of finish throughout — from the slate roof and Rationel windows to the internal joinery, flooring, and fittings.
